This website provides information about direct part-time support opportunities and company updates from DarkWave Shades LLC. Content is informational and does not promise selection, employment, compensation, or continued availability.

DWS SMS program

DWS is the public SMS brand alias operated by DarkWave Shades LLC. Subscribers may receive recurring marketing SMS about direct part-time product catalog, customer care, order support, and content tagging opportunities and company recruiting updates.

Enrollment

New subscribers enroll only through the two-step express written form at https://darkwaveshadesllc.com/sms.html. The checkbox is not preselected. After the first submission, the subscriber must review the disclosure and separately select Confirm SMS Enrollment. Both events are recorded. Verbal, implied, purchased-list, and keyword-only initial consent are not accepted. START only restores messages for a prior confirmed subscriber who opted out.

Frequency and charges

Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of applying for employment, being considered for a role, purchasing anything, or receiving services.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email beal@darkwaveshadesllc.com. A STOP request is honored promptly.

Program boundaries

DarkWave Shades LLC sends its own updates only. The program does not sell leads, promote affiliate offers, advertise third-party positions, or transfer subscribers to unrelated recruiters.

Privacy

Review the Privacy Policy, including the restriction on sharing mobile information for third-party marketing.

Availability and changes

The program may be changed or discontinued. These terms may be updated by posting a revised effective date.
